10th place - Elifexir Cellulite Cream

My e´lifexir cream experiment: No success against cellulite in 3 weeks

There are currently more than 15 cellulite creams that are at the top of the list in terms of popularity. One of these creams is the e'lifexir cream, which I found on Amazon and tried for three weeks. Unfortunately, I have to say that I didn't have the desired success with it. Although the cream was cheap, it didn't reduce my cellulite.
The cream contains caffeine, carnitine and ruscus extract, among others. All of these ingredients are known to promote blood circulation and increase metabolism in the treated areas, thereby reducing cellulite.

Now for my experience. I applied the cream every day, morning and evening, to my thighs and buttocks, as indicated on the packaging. The cream has a pleasant texture and is quickly absorbed without leaving a greasy or sticky residue. However, after 14 days, I could not see any difference. My cellulite was still as visible as before.

I continued the treatment for another 7 days, but even then there was no improvement. I also did not make any changes in my lifestyle to minimize the impact on my cellulite. I continued to exercise and eat healthy, balanced meals, so that factor can be ruled out.
It is also worth mentioning that although the packaging promises quick results after 14 days, there are apparently no clinical studies to support this. I am simply thinking my own thoughts with this statement...

Overall, my experience with e'lifexir cream was unfortunately not positive. I did not notice any improvement in my cellulite. But I would like to stress that every body is different and what did not work for me may not work for you. I think it is important to have realistic expectations and to be aware that no cream or lotion can completely eliminate cellulite.

Conclusion: If you are looking for a cream or lotion to reduce cellulite, then e'lifexir cream may be an option for you - especially if you are on a budget. However, my experience was not positive and I cannot recommend it as a miracle cure. I think that regular exercise and a healthy diet combined with gentle massage of the affected areas is a good way to treat cellulite in the long term.
